For personalized programs
The Inner Alignment Journey or custom therapeutic packages – payment may be divided into three structured installments:
- First payment – due at the start of the program.
- Second payment – due at the midpoint of the therapeutic process.
- Final payment – due upon completion of the program.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued once the program has been completed, as time, planning, and therapeutic resources have already been invested.
Payment & Practical Information
- Payment is made before or immediately after each session.
- Online sessions are available worldwide.
- In‑person sessions are available in Denmark.
- All sessions are offered in English and Spanish.
- Receipts can be provided upon request.
- Packages must be used within 3 months.
Before Any Session
- Give yourself a few quiet minutes.
Take 5–10 minutes before the session to breathe, settle, and arrive in your body.
This helps your nervous system shift into a receptive state. - Avoid rushing.
Try not to schedule anything stressful right before your session.
A calm transition makes a big difference. - Hydrate.
Drink a glass of water before we begin – it supports clarity and grounding. - Wear comfortable clothing.
Choose something soft and relaxed so your body can settle easily.
For Online Sessions
- Choose a quiet, private space.
Somewhere you won’t be interrupted – a bedroom, office, or any peaceful corner. - Use headphones if possible.
They help you stay focused and immersed, especially for RTT and guided practices. - Check your internet connection.
