Hi, i'm Isabel Ortiz
A Holistic Therapist, Integrative Healer, & Emotional Wellbeing practitioner originally from Colombia, shaped by my years in England, and now based in Denmark. My multicultural path allows me to support adults, children, and families with sensitivity, depth, and genuine understanding.

I work through therapeutic, holistic, and mindfulness‑based approaches in both English and Spanish, the languages where I can offer emotional nuance, clarity, and authentic expression.

My work is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of how the mind, body, emotions, and energy are interconnected. I integrate therapeutic, somatic, energetic, and lifestyle‑based methods to support subconscious healing, emotional regulation, nervous system balance, energy alignment, and mindful awareness.

Every session is shaped around your pace, your needs, and your emotional capacity, creating a grounded, safe, and nurturing space where healing can unfold naturally and inner balance can return.

My Approach

Healing is not about fixing what is broken; it is about gently realigning what has become disconnected. I believe emotional wellbeing emerges from a whole‑person approach that honors every layer of our experience—the subconscious mind, the emotional body, the physical body, the energy field, daily rhythms, sleep, nourishment, breath, and inner awareness. When these layers return to harmony, we naturally feel more grounded, clear, and connected. This understanding forms the foundation of my work.

Professional Background & Modalities

My professional foundation includes three interconnected areas of practice: Therapeutic Modalities, such as Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT), Facial Emotional Therapy, and Art Therapy (MBAT); Holistic & Energetic Modalities, including Ayurveda Health Advisory (AHA), Biofield Balancing, and Therapeutic Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on breathwork, grounding, and regulation; and Mindfulness & Emotional Education, including mindfulness programs for children (ages 4–18) and an 8‑week mindfulness program for parents. Together, these modalities create an integrated therapeutic framework that supports emotional balance, deepened self‑awareness, and meaningful personal growth.

Multicultural Lens in Therapeutic Work

My multicultural perspective is shaped by living in different countries and personally experiencing the emotional realities of cultural adaptation, identity shifts, loneliness, language barriers, raising children abroad, and building a life without the support of extended family. These lived experiences allow me to understand the subtle layers of transition, belonging, and the search for emotional grounding in unfamiliar environments. This is also why I work in English—it offers a spacious, accessible language for internationals, as well as for Danes who feel more open and expressive when exploring their inner world in a second language. My multicultural background enables me to meet clients with depth, empathy, and an open understanding of how culture and movement shape the human experience.
