Each session integrates mindfulness, nervous‑system education, and tools that can be applied immediately in daily interactions.

Parents learn foundational breathing techniques that support nervous‑system regulation and help them stay grounded during challenging moments.

Week 3Mindfulness & Thoughts
An exploration of how thoughts influence emotions and reactions. Parents learn to recognize mental patterns, including the “five hindrances,” and respond with greater clarity.

Week 4Body Awareness & Somatic Regulation
A guided body‑scan practice helps parents notice physical signals of stress and tension, creating more calm and ease in the body.

Week 5Emotions in the Family System
Parents learn practical skills to understand their own emotions, support their child’s emotional responses, and create a more regulated family environment.

Week 6Stress, Mental Load & Anxiety
Education on how stress and anxiety affect the nervous system, plus tools to restore balance, reduce overwhelm, and support daily resilience.
