You do not need any artistic skills the focus is on expression, not performance.

Through simple, guided creative processes, your internal world gains a safe channel to be seen, understood, and released. As the subconscious expresses itself, tension softens, patterns become clearer, and the nervous system begins to shift from overwhelm into regulation.
