Brief history, goals, and focus; confirm readiness and suitability. - RTT Session (≈2 hours)
A guided hypnotherapy process that remains relaxed, safe, and collaborative; you stay conscious and in control throughout. We explore and identify root causes, then reframe limiting beliefs. - Personalized Audio (21–30 days)
You receive a custom recording to reinforce the new beliefs; daily listening for 21–30 days supports consolidation. - Follow‑Up Support (optional / recommended)
Short check‑ins help track progress and fine‑tune integration; many clients benefit from structured weekly follow‑ups after the main session.
