Policies & Terms

Policies & Terms

Clear guidelines to support a safe, respectful, and professional experience.

These policies ensure that every client receives high‑quality care, clarity, and a safe therapeutic environment.

By booking a session or program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Information

All sessions and programs are offered in English or Spanish, either online worldwide or in person in Denmark.

My work is holistic and therapeutic, but it is not clinical psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care.

If you are currently under medical or psychiatric treatment, please continue working with your healthcare provider.

2. Confidentiality

Everything shared during sessions is treated with complete confidentiality and respect.

I do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is due:

  • before the session, or
  • immediately after the session, depending on the service

For programs and packages, payment plans may be available upon request.

Receipts can be provided.

4. Cancellation Policy

To respect everyone’s time:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no‑shows are charged in full

This ensures fairness and allows other clients to book available times.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once without charge if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking.

 6. Refund Policy

Because sessions require preparation and reserved time:

  • Sessions are non‑refundable once completed
  • Programs are non‑refundable after the first session
  • Packages must be used within 3 months

If you are unsure which service is right for you, please book a free consultation before committing.

 7. Online Sessions

For online sessions, you are responsible for:

  • having a stable internet connection
  • choosing a quiet, private space
  • ensuring you will not be interrupted

If technical issues occur on my side, we will reschedule at no cost.

8. Scope of Practice

I offer:

  • holistic therapeutic sessions
  • emotional wellbeing support
  • subconscious and energetic modalities
  • mindfulness education
  • lifestyle and Ayurvedic guidance

I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychiatric conditions.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or healthcare provider.

Mindfulness programs for children and teens are educational, not therapy.

Parents are responsible for:

  • ensuring their child attends sessions
  • supporting home practices
  • communicating any relevant information

Children’s privacy is respected, but safety always comes first.

10. Ethical Practice

I follow ethical guidelines that include:
